It’s not an accident that you are reading this; in fact, it’s divine providence! God is about to release a MOMENT in your life… YES! Let me explain.
I saw this beautiful view and considered taking a picture. Then, the procrastinator in me said, “Finish your Coffee and take it later.”
Immediately GOD SPOKE. He said, “You will NEVER have “THIS” MOMENT again… It’s a KAIROS MOMENT.”
A KAIROS moment is an opportunity. In the book of Mark Jesus said, “The TIME is NOW (KAIROS), and the Kingdom of God is AT HAND.” NOW = KAIROS
This is YOUR KAIROS MOMENT!
Every so often an opportunity presents itself; a special chance to do something, say something, or to make a first impression. Maybe you wanted to capture your child saying her first words or take a picture of something totally amazing like this one. For some of us its educational or financial; like the job you waited too long to apply for or the opportunity to go to college right out of high school in stead of waiting.
Truth be told we all know the feeling of missed opportunity. We also, all know that feeling of regret, no matter how major or minor the moment was that we missed.
But, that’s sort-of the point right.
Many of us don’t realize we have had those opportunities until they are missed opportunities.
If you KNEW something GREAT was about to happen; that you were about to have a KAIROS MOMENT, you would take FULL ADVANTAGE of it.
Right???
Wouldn’t You???
I mean, the saddest thing in the world is to miss the opportunity that you knew was coming. To miss the proverbial train that you were waiting on.
Unfortunately most of us have a laundry list of missed moments.
Too many of spend our whole lives praying for something, preparing for something, that, when it shows up, for whatever reason, we still manage to miss it.
But, I hear God saying that he is releasing a MOMENT.
“A moment???” Yes!
He is the Redeemer of TIME.
He is the God of AGAIN. Not the same-old-thing AGAIN… But, the new, fresh, opportunity. A new MOMENT!
The bible says HIS MERCIES are new EVERY MORNING and YOU are about to have a NEW MORNING.
This time will not be like the last time!
No’s will be YES’s this time.
Doors that were locked will be WIDE OPEN this time.
Things that you had to CHASE will CHASE YOU because of YOUR FAITH in THIS MOMENT.
You simply have to have the BELIEVE its coming. Declare it to yourself… THIS IS MY MOMENT.
When I was a child one of the most popular games to play was double dutch. (Someone just smiled.) Sometimes the girls would be kind enough to let us have a turn.
I was not the best double-dutcher but, I knew one simple thing; If I was not READY, IT would not WORK. <== That will PREACH!
I had to have a spirit of expectation.
I knew that if I was ready; if I could get my timing, my rhythm, on the pace with the twirlers, I would have an opportunity to JUMP IN.
As I stood there rocking back and forth… I EXPECTED that my moment was coming.
I’m telling you that YOUR TIME is NOW!
Have you waited in line? Are you in rhythm with God? Do you have expectancy in your heart? Then you have to know that your MOMENT is COMING. Here is another chance, another opportunity. I’m telling you its time to JUMP IN!
